What is your Return Policy?
ProChaps brings the greatest care to the conception and the manufacturing of its products. ProChaps guarantees any manufacturing defects of the material or via manpower for a period of three months, from the purchase date. If your ProChaps product has not been worn and was directly bought through us, it may be returned in the next thirty (30) days from purchase. The refund will be made further to the reception of the returned product.
For a full refund, products must be returned directly to our warehouse and not a local store. Please contact us directly to receive an RMA number.

Return & Exchange Process
Once your returned package has been received at our warehouse it will be inspected to ensure all looks good before we issue a refund.
We will work as quickly as possible during this process but kindly note it could take up to a few business days to complete.
