How do I cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order please contact us directly within a few hours of purchase.
Can I change my order?
When the order is submitted we cannot change it, however, if you contact us directly we can cancel the order within a few hours of purchase.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you wish to change your delivery address please contact us directly and we will help you in this matter. However, ProChaps cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to change of address requested by customer.
When will I receive my order?
Our goal is to get you your product as quickly as possible.
Shipments are made from our warehouse in Traverse City, Michigan, U.S.A (and soon they will ship from a warehouse located in Montreal, Qc, Canada. Contact us for further information regarding this matter).
For orders within the United States there is a quick turnaround which is typically between 3-7 business days depending on locations. Please expect 1-2 weeks for orders outside of the USA.
As listed above, the minute orders come from our warehouse in Canada – the timeframe of delivery will change accordingly. Updates will be given.
Sometimes there are unforeseeable events that may cause delays, please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery.
I have received the wrong product/size – what should I do?
If the size does not fit or you have received the wrong product please contact us immediately so we can fix the situation.
I have not received my order yet, how should I proceed?
If you have not received your order we urge you to use the tracking number that was sent to your e-mail. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us immediately.
Where do your products ship from?
All orders are currently shipped from our warehouse in Michigan, U.S.A and soon they will ship from a warehouse located in Montreal, Qc, Canada. Contact us for further information regarding this matter.
How do I track my order?
Within 1-2 business days of placing your order you should receive a tracking number directly to your e-mail. Simply enter the tracking number at the provided courier’s website.
Warranty & Repair
What is not covered in the Warranty?
ProChaps does not cover:
1.) Defects or damages due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural disaster.
2.) Damage due to improper use or accidents.
3.) Aesthetically oriented changes due to normal wear and tear.(minor scratches for example).
How long is the warranty valid and what does it cover?
Each one of our products is made with care and precision with durability in mind. However, any defects in manufacturing is covered by our limited warranty.
The warranty for ProChaps products is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Once warranty expires any repairs may be subject to a service charge.
If you believe your product problems are covered under our warranty please reach out to us directly with your order number or receipt available.
Return & Exchange
Return & Exchange policies
If you happen to be unsatisfied with the product you received you can return the product for a full refund or exchange it for a different product within 30 days of the initial purchase. The product (s) must be fully unused – in the original packaging with all stickers and labels untouched, as if new.
For a full refund, products must be returned directly to our warehouse and not a local retail store. Please contact us directly to receive an RMA number.
What is your Return Policy?
Any product (s) purchased from prochaps.com can be returned for a full refund withing 30 days of the initial purchase.
The products must be unused, in the original packaging and as if new. Please note that items cannot be returned to a local retail store.

Once your returned package has been received at our warehouse it will be inspected to ensure all looks good before we issue a refund.
We will work as quickly as possible during this process but kindly note it could take up to a few business days to complete.

Do you store my payment information?
ProChaps does not receive or store any payment information made on prochaps.com. Your information is sent directly to the bank and cannot be accessed by any parties other than the bank.
How are ProChaps different from other chaps?
The material used in the construction of chaps today are not entirely suited for the evolved rider who needs comfort, flexibility, breathability and style all combine in to one product. The equestrian market is at a place in which quantity is favoured over quality. A large majority of the product categories which we directly compete with are not fully meeting the obvious needs of an equestrian (from amateur all the way to the professional level). Comfort (proper fit), quality and a classic look. Sizing inadequacies (sizing being one of the most important criteria for a rider) and mediocre quality products lead to discomfort and directly affect the way a rider performs.
ProChaps is different because we recognise this void by developing a new and innovative concept that augments rider performance. Our 3 products, The FIT, The COMP II and the ATHLETIC, not only fit like a second skin but they also stand up to the needs of riders at all levels of the sport. 35 different sizes of half-chaps and 25 different sizes of full chaps. In 2-3 simple measurements we can offer a custom-like fit chap to riders of all shapes and sizes. The material that make up each product ensure that it is adjustable to the anthropomorphic qualities of a rider whilst still offering comfort, flexibility and protection to a rider?s leg. Moreover, our chaps are beneficial for injured and elderly rider who need extra support in the saddle.

How durable are my chaps?
The reality is that this depends totally on how much wear your chaps and how well you take care of them. Evidence has shown, however, that our product is known to last twice as long as other products on the market today.
Can I wash my chaps?
YES YOU CAN! There is no need to hand wash your chaps. ProChaps were designed so that you can put them directly in the washing machine. We suggest you put them in a bag made for the washing machine and wash them on a cold, delicate setting. We also suggest you use a gentle detergent (leather specific soap is ideal). The gentler the washing process is the more life you are guaranteed to get out of your chap!
How do I determine my size?
In 2-3 simple measurements we can offer a custom-like fit chap to riders of all shapes and sizes. Please check out our proprietary sizing mechanism found on the individual product pages to determine your exact size. If you have any further questions do not hesitate reaching out.
